Z Autism Foundation was born out of lived experience, resilience, and faith.
As a single mother raising a child with autism, I faced one of the most difficult seasons of my life. My children and I lived in a homeless shelter for 11 months and 6 days. During that time, I was navigating not only the challenges of homelessness but also the unique needs of my son with autism and caring for my daughter.
Each day required strength, patience, and unwavering faith. There were moments of uncertainty, exhaustion, and fear—but also moments that revealed the power of perseverance and God’s grace.
I experienced firsthand how overwhelming it can be for single parents raising children with autism, especially without stable housing, consistent support, or access to resources.
That journey changed me—and it gave me a purpose. I now understand what GOD allows, HE uses.
Z Autism Foundation was created to ensure that other families do not have to walk that path alone. Our mission is to provide mentorship, emergency assistance to prevent homelessness, and access to resources for single parents raising children with autism with faith-centered guidance rooted in God’s love.
Today, this foundation stands as a reflection of resilience, compassion, and hope.
Because no parent should have to choose between survival and support.
Because every child deserves stability.
And because every family deserves to be seen, supported, and uplifted.
